Getting Help


You can get help for any wireless network problems in a number of ways. The official route is to contact wireless support via email by using the 'Report a Problem' form or you can visit IT Support in the Library building on campus.

If you need help with the KEYSURF or KEYCOM network then you need to contact KeySurf on 0300 103 0067.

Visit the IT Support Desk

You can get help from the IT Support technicians by visiting the Customer Services desks at our libraries.
The Customer Service Desk in the Library Information Centre at Singleton campus, as seen on the map below:

Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 8pm
Sunday 10pm - 8pm
